Stokes, CPA was established as a Central Texas CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisor services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout Austin. Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized services for clients in industries like real estate accounting, construction accounting, healthcare accounting, professional services and various consumer services. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.

Tanya L. Stokes, CPA

Tanya L. Stokes, CPA has extensive experience in healthcare and other industries. After working as a staff accountant at a large home care agency, Tanya became the Controller of a large Austin-based privately held MRDD provider. She has a proven track record of providing timely and effective accounting services, drawing on her real world operational experience. She deals successfully with business owners, employees, partners, banks, and lenders. She is competent in all areas of medical practice management, including medical billing credentialing, preparation of financial statements, cash flow planning, tax planning, ESPSP's, physician buy-sell agreements, insurance, etc.

Brett Wanner-Armstrong

Brett Wanner-Armstrong has his Bachelor's in Managerial Accounting and is currently working towards a CPA license. He has several years of real-world accounting experience and he is working to further his career at Tanya L Stokes CPA. Brett has experience with bookkeeping and business / personal tax return preparation. Brett is great at communicating with clients and keeping a positive attitude while helping clients with their accounting needs. When Brett is not working or studying for his CPA license he is an avid disc golfer and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Randi Dunn

Randi Dunn is a proud graduate of Southwestern University and currently serves as an administrative operations coordinator at Tanya L. Stokes CPA. In this role, she manages a variety of operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the firm. Randi enjoys working closely with Tanya and the team, focusing on efficiency and client satisfaction. Outside of work, she loves to travel with her husband and explore new destinations. Randi also enjoys outdoor adventures with her German Shorthair Pointer, Diesel, and values spending quality time with her loved ones.
